We are sorry your order did not work out. Blume Organics accepts returns postmarked within 7 days of when your order was received for online store credit. Click here for a return form. Please read the following return restrictions.
- All sale items, jewelry, market goods, scarves, hats, belts, socks, sunglasses, undergarments & beauty and wellness purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, and with all original tags attached. If items are in worn, poor, or damaged condition, they will be returned to the customer.
- Be sure to include original packaging and fill out the return form with all necessary information.
- All eligible items must be postmarked for return within 7 days from receiving your order to qualify for a store credit.
- Returns attempted after the 7 day period will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, you will be charged the standard shipping rate.
- We do not currently accept exchanges. We recommend sending back the return item(s) to be processed for an online credit, then placing a new order for any items you want.
If any items do not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. Please contact us if you have any questions about your returns.
- Once your package is received, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
- Online store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a discount code, so that you may use it to shop online with us anytime.
