OUR BOUTIQUE
Floor Stylist / Boutique Sales Associate
The Floor Stylist plays an essential role in creating an inviting, inspiring, and service-driven shopping experience for every guest. This position supports the boutique's daily operations by building genuine customer relationships, providing personalized styling assistance, maintaining exceptional visual presentation, and contributing to a welcoming environment that encourages guests to return again and again.
We are seeking an individual with a warm personality, strong sense of style, and passion for delivering memorable customer experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping guests discover products that fit their lifestyle and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest warmly and provide an exceptional shopping experience from arrival to checkout.
- Build genuine connections with customers through personalized styling recommendations and product education.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current merchandise, seasonal collections, promotions, and brand offerings.
- Assist guests with product selection, sizing, styling, gifting, and special orders as needed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale system.
- Support visual merchandising standards, product displays, and overall boutique presentation.
- Restock merchandise, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, attractive sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate merchandising needs to leadership.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and customer service training.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive work environment.
- Share customer feedback, observations, and insights with leadership to help enhance the overall guest experience.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks as assigned.

OUR CAFÉ
Barista
The Barista is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience through outstanding customer service and expertly crafted beverages. This role serves as a welcoming face of the café, greeting guests warmly, assisting with menu selections, and preparing high-quality coffee, tea, smoothie, and specialty beverage offerings. Baristas take pride in product knowledge, beverage craftsmanship, and maintaining a clean, organized, and positive café environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist guests with menu selections by describing food, beverage, and seasonal offerings.
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Develop skills in espresso extraction, milk steaming, beverage presentation, and latté art.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, beverage stations, dining areas, and workspaces.
- Stock and replenish supplies, ingredients, and retail products as needed throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
Line Cook / Prep Cook
The Line Cook / Prep Cook plays a key role in preparing high-quality food items and maintaining an efficient kitchen operation. This position is responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, assembling menu items, and ensuring all food is prepared safely, accurately, and consistently. Team members contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment while helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for daily service, including slicing, portioning, baking, and assembling food items.
- Follow established recipes and preparation procedures for baked goods, sandwiches, flatbreads, pizzas, yogurt bowls and other menu offerings.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards for all food products.
- Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently during service periods.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout shifts.
- Assist with inventory rotation and proper food storage procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Support opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow recipes and detailed preparation instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Previous food service, kitchen, or bakery experience preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
