Where is your store located?

Blume Organics is located in Peachtree City, Georgia.  Get directions here.

How do I contact someone about an order?

You can contact us via email at info@shopblumeorganics.com or via phone 770.681.0425 during normal business hours. 

If an item is no longer available online, is there any way for me to order it?

If an item is out of stock online, you can email info@shopblumeorganics.com and we will work hard to see if we have more items in stock at our store or add you to our waiting list.  The same shipping rates apply to orders processed through our store over the phone.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Please find a copy of our return policy here.

How soon will my return be processed?

All orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will be processed within two business days.  After your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your return.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Where do I ship my return?

To return any items from your purchase, please ensure that all criteria listed in the return policy has been met.  After verifying, please print and fill out the return order form and include with your return, either in its original package or packaged so that it will not get damaged during shipment.  We suggest that you send the items back to us using a tracking number.  We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.  Once your return is packed and ready to ship with the return form included, please ship to:

SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is offered on clothing and accessory orders over $100 [exclusions may apply].

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Can I pick my order up at Blume Organics in Peachtree City?

Yes! We do offer in-store pick up.  For in-store pick up, please type LOCAL as discount code during check out.  We will email you when your order is ready for pick up.

How long after I place an order will it be shipped?

All orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, ship within 48 hours.  Most packages will ship within 24 hours.  Orders processed after 2pm on Friday or Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes.  You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.  

Can I purchase rushed or overnight shipping?

Yes.  Please email info@shopblumeorganics.com before you place your order so we can help process your order quickly.

GIFT CARDS

What will the recipient receive?

On the date in which you purchase the gift card, an email will be sent to the recipient informing them of your gift with a link to our website.  This email will also include a unique code that can be entered during checkout to redeem their gift card.

Where can I redeem my gift card?

Gift cards can be used on our website www.shopblumeorganics.com.  To redeem, enter your gift card code during checkout.

Can I redeem my gift card in store?

As of right now, we do not offer in-store gift card redemption for online gift cards.  We are working hard to make in-store redemption possible!

When does my gift card expire?

Your gift card does not expire.  Happy shopping!
